1. Service Provision

Tiemons is a technical consultancy firm specialized in the audit and cost management of industrial supply chains and logistical systems. Our services include advice, audits, and training on the implementation of efficient management systems.

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of a project are defined in a separate agreement or quotation.

2. Responsibilities

Responsibilities of Tiemons:

• Providing services with the due care of a good contractor.
• Respecting agreed deadlines insofar as they are within our reasonable sphere of influence.
• Treating all information provided by the client confidentially.

Responsibilities of the Client:

• Providing all information and access necessary for the execution of the assignment in a timely manner.
• Fulfilling payment obligations as agreed.
• Using delivered reports, advice, or training materials exclusively for their own internal use.

3. Liability and Guarantees

Our services are based on professional expertise and current knowledge. However, Tiemons cannot provide guarantees regarding specific operational results or cost savings achieved by the client.

Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the invoice for the relevant assignment. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profits.

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, models, software, report formats, and training materials developed by Tiemons remain our intellectual property. The client obtains a non-exclusive right to use these materials for the purpose for which they were created.

5. Payments and Cancellation

Invoicing takes place according to the terms in the quotation. Training sessions can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the start date. For later cancellations, 50% of the training fee is due. For cancellations within 48 hours, the full amount is due.

6. Changes and Termination

Tiemons reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms. Changes become effective after publication on our website.

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing in the event of a material breach by the other party, provided a reasonable period for remedy has been granted.
